City of soles opened its doors march 1, 2009. Even years after the town built a skate park, there still wasnt a local skateshop where skaters could go get their hardgoods. From day one i vowed to run City of Soles as a spot where skaters can come in and hangout, watch videos even use tools at no charge. City of Soles is primarily here for the skaters themselves but at the same time skateboarding is not the only culture talked about. All cultures are welcomed, from graff writers to b-boys to emcees. A lot of businesses look at everybody that walks through their doors as a dollar sign or a reciept, of course money makes the world go around but i refuse to fake the funk to make quick buck. So, if you do not feel like spending an insane amount of money on pro goods or even just want to chill and politic, swing through and check out City of Soles out for yourself.
